ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
PLACING AN ORDER
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from shop@abstract-scarf.it.
We will email you the tracking number and you can check the status of your order at any time.
Shipping times will vary. For shipments within Italy, it usually takes 1-2 working days. For shipments within Europe, it usually takes 2-5 working days. For shipments to other countries, it takes a maximum of 6 working days. Abstract assumes no responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment processing.
Please note that you have 14 days from dispatch of your order to contact us if you do not receive it. If you contact us after this period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
Invoicing is not automatic as the online shop is for private customers, so if you need an invoice please send it to shop@abstract-scarf.it an email with your Company Tax Information immediately after purchase or within the same day.
CANCEL AN ORDER
You can cancel your order for any reason. Once processed, you cannot cancel via the website but you can write to us at shop@abstract-scarf.it or call us on +39 031 591991 (available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 GMT).
PAYMENTS
Abstract by Dress Italy SRL guarantees maximum security for payments made by Credit Card, all operations are managed by Banca Sella.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship worldwide via UPS, SDA and DHL. You will be notified by email with which courier we have shipped your order, with its tracking number. Shipping costs are not included in the price. Shipping and delivery charges vary according to weight and destination, so they are displayed on the checkout page after you have entered the delivery address. The buyer is solely relied upon for the accuracy of the updated data provided, including the recipient's phone number and email for delivery.
RETURN A PRODUCT
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order. Products that are on sale cannot be returned. Products must be returned unused and with original packaging. We refund the full value of the merchandise but do not pay any commission/return charges.
Abstract performs a quality check on products before shipping and reserves the right to determine whether returned products are the result of manufacturing defects or damage caused by use.
